Cloudeeva announced the Completion of S&T AG Acquisition Due Diligence

Cloudeeva, Inc. (OTC: SYAI, www.cloudeeva.com) announced that it completed the financial, legal and tax due diligence of S&T AG with a positive result, but necessary decisions and approvals for a take over offer are still outstanding.

According Cloudeeva's statement the planned potential acquisition of 100% of the shares of S&T remains subject to, among other things, completion of Definitive Documents by Cloudeeva. Cloudeeva anticipate having Definitive Documents completed and closing this transaction with approvals required from shareholders and regulatory agencies on or around April 15, 2014.

Cloudeeva stated, that at this stage, there can be no assurance that this transaction will be completed as proposed or at all.
